I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this lovely hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with everything I needed. The views from the house overlooking the sea were absolutely breathtaking. The location was convenient, just a short walk or drive into town. But what truly made my stay exceptional was the kindness and accommodating nature of Pauline and Phil, the owners. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The breakfast menu could have had more variety to make it even better.

stayed in paignton before but this time luxury 3 bedded room with sea peeps and parking exceeded my expectations! spacious, comfy bed, large bathroom, and amazing continental breakfast. the view from the balcony was spectacular. can't wait to come back!

our recent honeymoon stay in paignton was absolutely amazing. the luxury room exceeded our expectations with its spaciousness, personal touches, and stunning sea views. pauline and phill were incredibly attentive hosts, making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. we can't wait to return!

We had a last-minute decision to extend our holiday and luckily found this wonderful place. As a family of three, with a two-year-old, the room was perfect for us. It was spacious and well-appointed, with thoughtful details like children's books and toys to keep our daughter entertained. The bathroom was large and had everything we needed. The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and even served us a delicious full English breakfast. The location was great, just a short walk away from the beach and the Pier. We had a lovely time and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious and had a beautiful view of the sea. Additionally, having on-site parking was very convenient. We also enjoyed the continental breakfast provided, it was delicious and a great start to the day. our stay was enjoyable and we would highly recommend this accommodation.
